Thank you for placing an order with us. We understand that once an order is placed, one of the first things customers want to know is when it will arrive. This page explains how our shipping process works, estimated delivery times, and other useful information that may help answer common questions.

What Happens After You Place an Order?

Every order goes through several stages before reaching its final destination. Since our kits are prepared on demand, they do not simply move from a shelf directly into shipping boxes.

Orders generally move through the following process:

Order Received → Preparation → Quality Check → Packaging → Shipping → Delivery

Each stage helps ensure that your kit arrives complete and ready to use.

Great Art Takes Time

Each kit is prepared once an order is placed. This process allows us to carefully organize materials and complete quality checks before shipping.

Most orders require approximately 3–6 business days for preparation and processing before shipment.

During holidays, promotional periods, or unusually busy seasons, processing times may occasionally require additional time.

Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information will automatically be sent.

Understanding Delivery Time

Your total delivery estimate consists of two stages:

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time

For example, if an order requires 3–6 business days for preparation and your destination has an estimated shipping period of 6–18 business days, both stages should be included when calculating the overall timeframe.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking information.

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

Tracking updates sometimes require 2–10 business days before showing movement. International shipments may occasionally continue moving through transportation and sorting facilities before visible updates appear.

This does not necessarily mean your order is delayed.

Shipping Partners

Packages may be delivered through different shipping partners depending on destination and availability.

Delivery carriers may include:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Canada Post
  • Royal Mail
  • Fastway
  • Local delivery partners

Shipping partners can vary depending on location.

Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally arrive in separate shipments.

This can happen when certain items complete processing earlier than others or when different shipping routes help improve delivery efficiency.

If separate shipments are required, additional tracking details will be provided whenever available.

Customs and International Deliveries

International orders may occasionally pass through customs procedures before continuing toward the destination country.

Customs processing varies between regions and remains outside our control. In some cases, local authorities may request additional information or apply local import fees depending on country regulations.

Delivery Delays

Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, although delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control.

Examples may include:

  • Holiday periods
  • High shipping volume
  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation delays

Temporary gaps between tracking updates can also happen during international transit.
